The customer service was exceptional. They greet you as if you were a family member and make you feel comfortable. They explain things to you and make sure you understand. The Tech Tristan did a fantastic job on my jeep. I did not have to call to see how long it would take They kept me updated. The time for the repair was really shocking. He made sure, he did not keep the jeep a extended time that I up set at all. I highly recommend Renew Collision to anyone for their repairs.

Had to take the car back as there was a gap large enough to put your fingers in, between the body of my car and the hood. Once I took it back, they fixed it in just a few minutes. The repair looks perfect.
