I appreciate that my vehicle was repaired in a much more timely manner than was first scheduled for completion - getting a rental car was impossible, and as it turned out , I was only without my ‘wheels’ for a day and a half. The appraiser and receptionist were both such friendly ladies, but very professional in demeanor and job performance. To top it all off, my Highlander was returned much cleaner than when I brought it in for repairs! Thank you for providing exceptional service; I was quite impressed and will recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to family and friends.
