I would have rated this lower do to broken glass still being in my back seat after the repair; however I witnessed some of the truest acts of kindness from one of your office employees assisting an elderly couple that had come a long way for their repairs. Employees can make a difference and your office employees deserve a raise, the guys who’s job is to clean up the cars perhaps not.
