Unfortunately, my truck was released back to me, not repaired fully. I’ll let the shop know what was wrong with my truck. My research showed it was the IWE. Possibly a vacuum leak. Instead of having me come in immediately or within a day, I was told you have an opening next Wednesday. Really? That’s 10 days out. Is that how you treat customers when you have made a mistake? I hope you know that doesn’t build much confidence in your facility. Is that how you’re going to react this next time when something isn’t right? My vehicle goes to the back of the line again? Do you know what a CSR is a customer service request where I come from? They take top priority. It’s not so much that the job wasn’t done correctly the first time. I very much appreciate the time took to repair my vehicle and have it looking good as new. I also very much appreciated the almost daily progress updates. I’m very happy I chose Gerber as my repair shop and I’m equally glad that you are in my insurance company’s network. Another plus was being able to get a rental in the same building in which my car was being repaired. Gerber did a wonderful job on my windshield repair. The crack that was there looks now like a mere speck. A person would not know that it once was a crack/ chip in the glass. The repair seems to be holding up well. I really liked the friendly service and the guy told me exactly how and what they use to repair a chip. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass

Fog light not pushed all the way in leaving gap. Tried getting ahold of Michele who I was working with. Left message missed his call back call back left messages 2times with no call back. Light completely fell out two days after picking up. Have to fix light myself since can’t get company to call me back. Hood out of adjustment so back couldn’t get it to open without having someone push down on hood to get it to open then I adjusted stops to proper contact myself since can’t get a reply from your company. Will end up fixing light myself because can’t get a call back. Will be going some where else next time.
