Everything looks beautiful, but there's one flaw where the new panel doesn't line up perfectly with the bumper and it sticks out so it's not a smooth transition from one area to the next.

They made suggestions for different courses of action, gave me insider tips to save me money, and made sure everyone was on the same page every step of the way. They explained everything perfectly and answered all of my questions, and the online updates about the car's repair progress was amazing.

Call me 95% satisfied. The work done is just great, car looks fine, I liked your people. Only complaint: an email gave us an estimated completion date of Monday June 17. Late afternoon on Friday June 7, we got an email saying the car was done. We didn't see that email til after the shop was closed that Friday. We picked up the car first thing on Monday June 10. The problem: we had to keep our rental car for three extra days. Not quite your fault, we're glad the car was done quickly, and also we didn't have to keep the rental from June 7 to 17. So, it's a minor complaint.

Well, first of all , they cleaned up the interior. My dashboard is a rathe N nicer take color that it used to be.. Then there was the mirror on th right hand side of the car that had been damage and I was expecting it to take it some place in a couple of weeks, but it was done as was the rest of the czar within in a week . They replaced the parts that they were expected to replace; they replaced a sideview mirror that was not expected and the car was cleaned as I my fairy godmather bought a couple of new cleaning clothes and called them magic Thanks for the experience. donna

They did good work, but they also cleaned my careinsideand out AND they repaired my sideview mirror without my asking. What more can I say, except that the desk guy are really nice!
