Jose is nice

Jose is a nice man. But the experience is not very good. I waited two months for the car to be finally repaired. With a lot of delays. Then the day I got to pick it up it had a lot of issues on the road. It stopped in the middle of the road. It was scary and then I had to wait for a tow truck to come and tow it back to your repair place. That took a few hours at night on the dark street. Ugh
