This is the 3rd have used Gerber Collision Services in the past 20 years and was never disappointed with the quality of the jobs done. This year I was positively surprised that it took half of the time originally anticipated.

That was the 3rd time I have used Gerber Collision services over the past 20+ years. Quality of their work is consistent and estimates do not contain any "surprises". This time though, I was rather pleasantly surprised that the repairs completion date was cut by a week and I was able to pick up my car earlier.

Car was expertly returned to its original (like new) state.

I was originally dissappointed that my initial appointment was cancelled, but it turned out it was due to a city-organized event. But staff has tracked down my phone number, let me know about it booked next available slot 4 days later.
