Heritage went above and beyond in working with my insurance company to make sure repair was fully covered. Everyone from the front desk( thank you Marilyn) to Danny, Cory in the shop to Ken(manager) went the extra mile to see that the work was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Heritage!

My Experience

I was very happy with the end result but also the exceptional communication and customer service throughout. Repairs were done in a timely manner, they even coordinated two claims at once to make sure all paint would match and that my car didn’t have to be in service longer than needed. Heritage set up my rental and shuttle for easy drop and pick up. My car came back cleaner than when I left it with them, with all my mats fully cleaned and spotless. I’d 💯 recommend them and will return here for any repairs in the future.
