While I appreciated the text message updates, my estimated repair time fluctuated greatly. I had strategically planned to be out of town while the car was being repaired. One day, I got a sudden text message that the estimated repair time had changed from the original estimate of Dec. 31st and had changed to Jan. 8th. I was getting very concerned that I would have to do without my car for 2.5 weeks. Thankfully, the car ended up being finished on Dec. 30th. I just would have appreciated a more accurate timeline for the repairs. I appreciated Samantha calling me to give me a couple of updates over the phone. Lastly, when I picked the car up, it smelled very strongly of gas and paint fumes. Despite air fresheners, it has continued to smell all week. Since the car was finished one business day before I was able to retrieve it, it would have been nice if it could have been aired out prior to pick-up. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my experience. Thank you!

While I appreciated the customer service, I rate the shop as an 8 because I felt like over $2,000 was extremely expensive for the damage on my car. I know people who have gone to other body shops for a similar scrape and they did not pay as much. The cost seemed incredibly expensive.

Mr. Bobby Williams and the front desk staff were very professional and through with woking with me on my vechicle. I was pleased with the vehicle when it was returned to me in a more than resonable time frame.
