From my experience, it doesn’t seem their office staff or mechanics care about their customers experience or their vehicles. As I mentioned, the manager was helpful but the other interactions I had with the staff would keep me from returning or recommending this shop to a friend.

Communication was poor throughout the process and I had to return with my car twice due to unfinished repairs. The exterior and interior of my car was visibly dirty when I picked it up as well. Greasy finger prints on my tan interior and sticky residue on the exterior area that was repaired. Once I requested a manager the process was better but it shouldn’t take that to get decent customer service and repairs at a body shop.

Office staff advised they do updates on Tuesday and thursdays but that was not true. I was updated 1 time and after that all communication was initiated by me. I had to text and call multiple times to get updates on my vehicle. The manager was more helpful but you shouldn’t have to speak to the manager to get updates.

Streamlined process made easy by the personnel working here. They answered the phone, provided follow-up calls, text updates on repairs, and responded to e-mail. The coordination they provide with Enterprise is also a great addition. Management presence when the vehicle is being released let's you know they care about their work.
