A huge thank you to Christine and Joannie at Gerber Collision in Belle Chasse! We had an excellent experience with our car repair. Their customer service is exceptional and second to none. From the very first phone call Christine and Joanie were there to help and answered all questions I had. They were kind, professional, and punctual. I received updates throughout the whole process and the turn around was super fast. In addition to the outstanding job from these ladies, the repairs are perfect, can’t even tell it was wrecked! :) I can’t say enough great things about this shop. They were very kind via phone, however when I went to pick up my car the battery was dead because an interior light was left on. It was a brand new battery changed only a week prior.

My truck sat outside for a month with the back glass busted out. It rained numerous times. The headliner & Rear of the cab got soaked and is completely damaged. They didn't replace the inner trim around the rear window and did not reinstall the passenger side gutter rubber. I found it in the back seat. The new paint does not match. The broken glass was not vacuumed out of the cab and the truck badge was not put back on the fender when I went to pick it up. They did put it back on and vacuumed out the glass while I waited. I noticed that the passenger side fog light is cracked all the way across the front of the glass. This was overlooked by everybody. The bumper was not aligned properly so it's already gouging into the newly painted pieces

I have a numerous amount of problems. From unmatched paint to ruined interior and bolts left loose. I'm still finding more problems each day. Someone should probably get ahold of me
