Was called about my car being ready, they never did a test drive even thou they said that they did. Turns out my car was undrivable and had to be towed to the dealership for further testing. I paid and signed paperwork that said it was "done" which causes additional headache with my insurance since they expected me to turn in the rental.

When I turned around with my undrivable car they still insisted that is what fine. Which was frustrating since I was scared again by a my car brakes kicking on once with reached higher then 20mph
