I requested a part to be replaced and it was bypassed. Asked about it post repair assessment and called for reason….the response was “ Sorry, I forgot to tell you because I was focusing on the airbag repair issue with your car”. It’s a burnt bulb and we didn’t have the part. Also, it only took 4 days for my airbag parts to come in but I guess that was a GEICO issue.
