The lady who sits in the back of the office who apparently does all of the estimates was somewhat rude and standoffish when I went in there and my wife experienced this same issue with her, the lady who sits in the front of the office was great. This is the reason I would recommend another location of Gerber.

Paint was chipped during transport. Gates repaired themselves instead of sending back to shop. Repair is awful. Should have been made whole.
