It was midday Friday around 2pm when we picked up the car. The motor had a strange vibration then it developed a rattling noise like something came loose.

They did a GREAT JOB!!! I would recommend them to anyone. Amber was very friendly and went out of her way to keep in touch and let us know what was up every step of the way! They got the work done in a timely fashion and kept me informed. I don't think I can ask for better than that!
