The car was returned with a chip in the paint exactly where the repair had been done. My husband had been told we could bring it back if we weren’t happy, and they’d fix it then, but I don’t understand why it wasn’t addressed before returning it. To make matters worse, the car was driven at excessive speeds of 85 mph, triggering the built-in alerts when the speed limit was exceeded. The last straw was finding someone’s donation bag in the back, apparently meant for Goodwill, which included a cleaner that spilled on the rubber mat. Thankfully the carpet wasn’t damaged, but it was clear the car had been used for someone’s personal errands—something I didn’t think was policy.
