Customer service was good. They communicated very well when issues arose with original completion date. I did not like that my completion date was moved several times and when they finally finished called at 4:15 on a Friday when they closed at 5 expecting me to pick up. They submitted that to my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket for the inconvenience of having to wait until Monday morning to pick up. There were inconsistencies with the work. When looking over my vehicle there were two compartments that were drained of fluids to complete the work that were filled before releasing my vehicle so I had to come back for them to fill. The coolant and wiper fluid were completely empty. One of panels replaced would not stay attached to the vehicle and they offered to order a new one and replace it again. There is currently no expected time for when that can be done. There is a sound of rushing fluid or water when the air comes on now that the technician swears they can not hear but I have video evidence and they said there is nothing they can do about that. I am satisfied with the body work but the interior repairs will need to be reviewed again.
