Everyone was very friendly! Great customer service! I got my car back earlier than the expected date. I honestly wasn't expecting my car to be as clean as it was, but it looked better than how it looked before! I would recommend Gerber to anyone!

Communication was not always good. I left messages several times that went unanswered. They did not use one of the service providers I requested and my insurance approved. We are continuing to try to fix all issues with the car.

Staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I feel that repairs were done in a timely manner and I appreciated the updates during the process! Darrell (spelling?) was wonderful, took the time to explain and showed genuine interest in his work and clients!!
