This was the first time I've had to bring my vehicle in for something life this and I was extremely impressed with how fast and hassle free the process was. The quality of the work done and customer service recieved was amazing. While I hope I won't need their services again anytime soon, I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

An unexpected hiccup arose after we had already recieved the call that my vehicle was ready. However the staff stayed an extra hour after their closing time to ensure that we could take the car home that day. I was very impressed with their dedication.

I went in to get the rear bumper replaced on my camry. Not only did they get the job done within 24 hours, they fixed another problem on my front bumper and detailed the car at no additional cost. Speaking of cost, the total ended up being about 150 dollars Less than the initial quote. I would highly recommend doing business with Gerber if you ever need glass or body work done.
