The repair to my vehicle was fine. What I was unsatisfied with was the fact that my car seemed to be rummaged through (console, dashboard compartment, etc) like someone was looking for something, even though the repair was done to the rear outside of my vehicle. This was highly odd to me and made me very untrusting of the workers at your facility. Thankfully, nothing was missing, but I fear it was for the simple fact I did not leave anything worth taking in there.

The staff was for very friendly and helpful. I had explained to Daryl that I would be paying for the rental car not my insurance. He said that it would be ready be Friday at 4:30 pm and it was. Elizabeth, the secretary, was very helpful giving a phone number of the closest car rental and making the call for me for them to pick me up.
