The people at this location were so nice and accommodating to me. Ricky and I walked around assessing the damage to the car and explained what they were going to have to do to fix the damage. When I picked up the car, Peyton walked me to the car and he told me what had been done to fix the car and thanked me for choosing Gerber. My total experience with Gerber was 100% satisfaction! I spoke with Brittany numerous times and she is a keeper!

Payton, Brittany and the rest of the staff at Gerber on Hwy 280 did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. A deer hit my back bumper and Gerber was able to get me in for an estimate the very day I called. Two days later, they repaired the vehicle within one business day so I didn’t have to get a rental vehicle. What amazed me the most was my vehicle was washed on the outside and detailed on the inside when it was returned to me. I will definitely use Gerber again for any collision or glass work that I need.

Payton, Brittany, and Ricky were all amazing and handled everything in such a stellar fashion. Brittany was very cordial, nice, understanding, and helpful with everything, making anything that I needed to do so seamless. Payton was knowledgeable, handy, and an expert in his craft and helped repair my car quickly and correctly, while having such professionalism about him. Ricky's great leadership is extremely evident with the way his team operates and with how happy they are. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience at this Gerber location.
