While the work itself appears to have been completed to my satisfaction, the overall experience was frustrating due to poor communication and a lack of follow-through with ordering the parts needed to complete the repairs. I was told three different weeks in a row that my vehicle would be ready, only to have that timeline pushed back repeatedly. I want to be clear that my frustration is not with the office staff. The office manager was fantastic and did her best to keep me informed. Unfortunately, it seems the management team failed to take ownership of the delays, lack of coordination, and oversight of my repair order. The quality of the work is important, but so is the customer experience. Better communication, accountability, and attention to detail from management would have made a significant difference.

The repair job was impeccable however, I wish before picking up my car they would’ve detailed the entire car and not just the area that was damaged and the tires.
