I was not satisfied with the time frame since I was first told 2 or three days. It took a month, however, it appears a great job was done with the repair and the staff was very nice to me. They wanted to make sure all repairs were done well. Thank you Gerber Collision.

I was not satisfied the first time I was told the truck was ready. I left it there. There was two spots inside the door where paint was missing and the exterior door had a ripple in the paint. Truck mats were dirty. I droped it off clean. I was very disappointed. I made it known. When I went to pick it up the second time I was 100% satisfied. I have recommended other friends and family and this is my 2nd vehicle I've had fixed there. All was made right and I hope I dont ever need collision repairs again but if I do I will most definitely be back.

Communication was amazing. Kept me posted about all the progress. The vehicle was ready well within the original timeline. Being able to leave my rental car for pickup at their location upon completion of repairs was an added bonus. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Promises were made, and not kept…we agreed to use a different location due to the back log at our closer location, and we were not kept informed as to progress, nor would the local location assist us in any way, and then we had to drive out to pick our car up, when it was to be delivered to us
