on the front passenger side door it looks like a spray over from another vehicle below the rear veiw mirror. I sent a text message last week to have it looked at I have not heard back.

I was planning to have your team do repairs later on for other body work, but after this experience I will never trust Gerber. I will not recommend.

I have returner three times for the same issue. Now it will have to be a 4th. My vehicle was returned to me in none working order. Am error code on my dash, no one checked the code before giving me my car. I returned yesterday and no one checked the code again they only cleanlred it. This is the worst possible experience. I will be returning for your company to make necessary repairs for free as the damage was caused by your team

I told the manager about the code, I was told it was my remote battery(which I changed 5 months ago), he did not use a code reader to confirm the code he sent me on my way.

Extremely impressed with Gerber Collision from start to finish. The constant communication and updates were extremely helpful and comforting. I didn’t have to worry about my car. I also knew the projected date it would be completed. My car was finished earlier than anticipated. Added bonus, I could tell it was also cleaned prior to me picking it up. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision to anyone. Thank you so much for your customer communication and the beautiful job you did.
