Could have been higher if some of the damage had actually been repaired. Still had scuff on bumper cover that was easily observed. John and staff were courteous and the rest of the work was seemingly correct. I will update once the final repair is made. Thanks, R Allen

We decided to fix the damage ourselves. Even though you had time in it I was a ok paying the 130 bill. What bothered me was the window rain vent was removed and the door mirror and seat driver 1 and 2 button doesn't work. Ill remove door panel to fix it. Everyone was nice and polite through the whole interaction. But not having an adjustable mirror and seat button until I have time to put it into my rotation is beyond aggravating. If I didn't have the know how I would most definitely bring it back and make you fix it.
