I was not informed of the change in the repair plan of my vehicle until I picked up. There was dirt and spots in the paint. I had to leave vehicle another 2 days for these to be corrected. We are a cash based family and was disappointed that I had to go get a cashiers check from the bank instead of being able to pay the cash I had set aside for deductible.
