Vehicle was dropped off 11.24.25 for repairs it’s now 01.01.26 and the vehicle isn’t completed. I expressed when dropping the vehicle off for repair in November that we would need it back before Christmas, it was returned to us on 12.23.25 with multiple items not completed. Work is not satisfactory. I called to report and have even emailed the items to be corrected, no one has returned a response.

I've been sick n out of town. But my son looked at my truck and where the antler hit by the window....its still there n wasnt fixed at all. And my hood has runs in it....and the fender flare isnt wanting to stay on...some black is showing thru on white paint in more than one place. ...i will be back home early next week....pullit outta the garage and come and show you. And the clunk under the foot feet is still there. Also front white bumper is not ...fitting rite. It's overhanging way too far And im also getting moisture in my headlights. My son said theres a piece of insulating sumthing or other thats missing?And they are not adjusted right. I'm certain there's more. I just saw this email my phone broke and I had to get a new one.

At times it seemed the staff did not believe our experience w the washer container. Sorry the reason for disappearing fluid could not be found but also felt vindicated that they witnessed what we had seen..even if smaller ant of fluid involved.
