Thank you to Gerber Collision. They did a beautiful job repairing the bumper on my 2005 Ford Taurus. I was worried about the damage on my bumper, but they repaired it professionally so it looks like nothing ever happened. The staff was friendly and professional and they guided me through the whole process. The job was done quickly and I was on the ride driving in no time. I had a front bumper replaced and when they received the new bumper, it had 4 small holes at the end (2 on each end) for a mounting for a flared fender. They went ahead and place small grommets in the holes and painted them and made them blend in very well with the bumper. Also they washed the outside and cleaned the inside of my truck. Which I wasn't expecting that.

I was completely satisfied. They did a great job as always. They called me and let me know how long when they expect it to car to be done. And how it was going along? The only thing I would change would be the reception area when you walk in, you can't see anybody. They have to computers set in front of them. This breaks the personal interactions when you first walk in. As far as the work, it was great as always.

The people were great, very polite. Very nice but the only reason I gave 5 is they have computers set in front of them to the point where you cannot see them when you walk in, so the personal interactions when you walk in is gone. If that wasn't the case I would have gave him a 10. The computers were sitting in front so high. That you couldn't see the receptionist. She actually had to stand up and walk around to talk to me. She was very polite, very nice. Answered all my questions a 100%.

If you have a car ready and call customer 10mins before closing that is not thoughtful. I would have preferred a call earlier in the day that you can have car but won’t be ready until 450. That way we can make arrangements.

Great work on my car... only mistake they forgot to hook up electric plugs for washer reservoir.
