The entire process was unbelievable. From Leigh Pope to James at Gerber’s to POW rental cars. Service is unmatched. I was prepared for a nightmare logistically. How to get the car dropped off and picked up. You guys brought me a rental to the shop and allowed me to drop it back off there. Well done Farm Bureau. You turned a nightmare into a pleasant experience. Minus the whole Kamikaze deer thing. Thank you!
