Everything about the whole experience was great, the manager who was on shift was so helpful thanks to Joel for helping me and big huge thanks to the team for making my car look brand new thanks to the team for staying late to finish my car and for them taking their time to get it right. The staff was extremely helpful as I’m handicapped and they transferred my stuff between my car to rental and back. Joel was great as in the end my rear detector was lose with wiring exposed, but he spent 20 minutes resolving those issues. Truly grateful for their hands on care! I hope I never have car damage again, but if I do I’ll return and recommend others to use this particular location because of the staff.
