My wife and I were extremely impressed with Ally and the entire team at Gerber. Ally always picked up her phone or called me back promptly. She answered all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. Ally and the automatic text messages kept me up to date through out the repair. The workmanship was great and the car was thoroughly detailed when we picked it up. The repair was done in a timely manner.
