I’m so thankful for Covell and Veronica! They went out of the way to provide professional, thorough, exceptional customer service. They provided updates and took really good care of us. They even washed my car upon arrival. I wasn’t expecting that. They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. Wow! If I ever need to refer anyone for collision repairs, I’ll tell them to go to Gerber. Exceptional customer service at it’s best here.

The whole team is A1. I don’t want to name names because I only know 2 of the 4. So from the front desk to the two offices on the sides and the team in the back. But they have definitely gained a customer. And I will definitely recommend them to others. Now don’t go in there playing with them!!!! The actual repairs were done seamlessly. However there are parts of my car that weren’t even apart of the wreck that now have damage. It’s minor damage. But this vehicle is 3 months old. So a bit disappointing. Overall it was a good experience. They kept me updated. I’m hoping they can resolve the minor details though.
