The return date promised was August 21. They kept extending it and I got it today August 27. The car trunk is not allifned and one side has more space so I am not even satisfied and there is a scratch on the corner of the bumper which is “new” the person who I first met told me he will be buying a new bumper and the lady during the pick up said its the original one which we repaired and she can't do anything about the scratch on the bumper. I am not really satisfied with any of this as I had called the front desk multiple times in the last few weeks and she would always place me on hold for long periods as soon as I told her it was me.

A chemical was spilled all over the interior console. The attendant who retrieved my car took pictures and attempted to wipe it away, but the discoloration returned. This was not how I dropped my car off.
