the work was done in a very timely manner. I had to ask them to adjust one of the body pieces that wasn't fully attached. They took the vehicle back and made the adjustment. They did try to give me the wrong keys and there was a brief moment when they seemed to be scrambling to find my keys.

Is the first time I got muy car back when is half fixed. I was driving a rental and was told to pick up when it had not being fix 100% I have to go back on a week and wait for them to finish the repair like if I have all the time in the world. I had to travel and need to cancel my trip because now I have to wait for them to finish my car.

Everything is great, very satisfied with outcome. But I think the front desk person could have been little more welcoming to customers. During my first visit, I sat on the couch for almost 10minutes, no greeting at all.I didn't know who would assist me until I asked.She needs more trainings if company doesn't know.
