Poor communication. Said they would call me with final estimates. Never received call. I called a week later on a Monday and they apologized, said the car would be done on Wednesday I asked for a follow up if the car wasn’t going to be done…no call until a week later and said come pick it up.

The paint didn’t look right, the window was not repaired

I was told my vehicle was ready I go in to pick it up and my car is not ready. When I was looking there was some details on the paint that didn’t look right. The window was not repaired and when I asked them about it they informed me that that part would arrive tomorrow, although they were already giving me my car… They also told me they would text me to have me come in and get that repaired, it’s been two days and I have not gotten a call.
