While the problem(s) encountered were satisfactorily resolved, the fact it consumed so much time and effort is slightly disappointing. Hence 9 out of 10; However, the staff and management were professional and courteous. Kept me informed of the status of the repairs and finished the work a week or two earlier than their initial estimate—which is a double "thumbs up" from me.
