Our vehicle was about 2 weeks late than what we were told. Every time we were told it would be done there was a delay. When we first took it ini was told I would get a call on a certain date. I ended up having to call the next day. No one called me.

I was mostly happy with my experience. The one annoying spot was I was told it was finished so I went to pick it up before work. It was not completed because it did not have the front liscense plate on it. They had to take it back around and put it on. It was crunched up and the tabs were broken on it. I was told it was not part of the quote so it would have to do. Attention to detail is a big deal to me. If I wouldn't have been late to work I would have spent more time however I did not have that luxury.
