Gerber came highly recommended by a friend who is a VB police officer. I also read reviews which were all very positive. I was kept informed every 2 days by Jennifer with current updates. They arranged Enterprise to pick me up so I could have a rental car and also informed me when additional issues were discovered. I also needed to retrieve an item from my car during that time and they were able to get it for me. Very accommodating and the car was beautifully detailed and follow up care re: washing and waxing explained. I am extremely satisfied.
