Looks so good I forgot Which end had the problem! BUT Jennifer was amazing!! Her customer service was so natural, friend engaging and helpful! She followed up just enough provided answers and solutions for any issues! I really enjoyed my service from start to finish! Jennifer went the extra mile setting up Hertz to pick me up to get my rental! Even though dropping off your car isn’t a joyous occasion Jennifer help ensure it was a great one.

The staff at Gerber were absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. Welcoming upon meeting them, the receptionist explained the process, the technician also explained his part, we walked the vehicle and he noted my concerns, conducted inspection and provided a thorough explanation of the repairs. They got me in pretty fast considering the holidays and provided routine updates and got my vehicle back to me in half the time they estimated which was great.

Jennifer at the front desk was totally abasing. She answered all my questions expeditiously and always return my calls. I didn’t speak to Will anybody else but the repair process was done ahead of time so that made me extremely happy.
