I never did fully understand the separation of labor or why the repair took as long as it did. The "work hours" the gave me seemed to imply it should have taken 2, maybe 3 weeks, but then they said they may only work on the vehicle a couple of hours a day? It all seemed very inefficient at best.

Professional, polite, and punctual. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of having my car hit twice in the past 2years each time I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gerber Collision formally known as Mike’s Paint & Body. I was nervous about the name change , but it’s just that same quality and care that I remember from my first visit in 2015 for rim replacement. It’s hard to find quality work I. The area but this staff never disappoints.

The quality of repair was excellent. The team took there time and made sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. They were easy to work with and communication well done. Jennifer kept me informed throughout the process and I couldn’t be more pleased.
