I was disappointed to learn that an aftermarket bumper was used instead of an OEM bumper. Had I known that beforehand, I would have asked the person who hit me for additional money to cover the cost of an OEM replacement. Keeping my car as close to original as possible is important to me. I also noticed that the fitment of the aftermarket bumper isn’t quite the same as the original factory bumper. I realize I may be more particular than most because I’m a car enthusiast and I genuinely care about keeping my car in the best condition possible. I was also surprised to find out that my wheel wasn’t repaired. To be fair to Gary, we had discussed possibly having all four wheels powder coated by another company at a later date. However, I was still expecting the damaged wheel itself to be repaired, as powder coating all four wheels isn’t something I can afford right now. That said, I am grateful that the damage to the bumper was repaired, including the deep gouge, and that it was painted well. Heidi was also very kind and helpful throughout the process, and I really appreciated her assistance.

I didn’t realize an aftermarket bumper was going to be used. If I had known, I would have been willing to pay the difference for an OEM bumper. Since getting the car back, I’ve noticed the bumper fitment seems a little off compared to the original. I also don’t remember agreeing to leave my wheel unrepaired. In Gary’s defense, we did talk about powder coating all four wheels at some point, but that’s not something I can afford right now. My understanding was that I just wanted the damaged wheel repaired, so I was surprised when it wasn’t. I appreciate all the work that went into repairing my car, and I just wanted to share these concerns

The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. The person that looked at my vehicle to give me an estimate Was kind of pushy and abrupt which I did not appreciate.
