Provided updates frequently while our car was in the shop, we didn’t have to call and ask for updates. The only thing I would have appreciated would have been a little more notice of when the car was going to be ready for pick up instead of just the morning of. But that is my only suggestion!

I had a dented front fender where a door had been slammed into the fender with enough force to move it in and misalign the front door. The repair was done on time, without requiring replacement or repainting, and at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied.
