I'm satisfied overall with the repair and time the repair took but extremely concerned that a badge for a UC Health employee was found in my center console that didn't belong to anyone at Gerber Collision. My vehicle was obviously left unsecured and someone not employed with Gerber accessed it and was doing who knows what inside.

Working with Gerber has been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had with a collision center. They were able to get my vehicle in quickly as well as repaired and returned quickly. The staff was professional, courteous and kept me updated regularly whether it was via text or a phone call. I did run into an issue where I couldn't pick up the car the evening it was ready due to work so I went first the the next morning. I was a bit stressed b/c I had a rental however the rental place wasn't open the day I was able to pick up my car. I had my child with me and was worried about keeping the car an extra day not only because it was the other parties insurance paying for it and I didn't want to keep it longer than necessary, but also I was afraid I was going to have to juggle vehicles with my kiddo w/me. I was quickly put to ease by Heidi (I believe that's her name) who informed me she was able to check in the rental via their portal and I could leave the rental at Gerber. Great customer service and great work on my vehicle!
