I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision after bringing in my 4Runner following an accident. The repairs turned out beautifully, and my vehicle looked incredible when I picked it up. Martel at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the entire process when I dropped off my car, explained what to expect, gave me a rough timeline, and made everything feel much less overwhelming. Jordan, who I believe is the team lead, was also spectacular. He was incredibly helpful, kept me updated throughout the repair process, and made sure I always knew what was going on. The customer service from beginning to end was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with how my 4Runner turned out. I would absolutely recommend Gerber Collision!
