I honestly had the best experience I’ve ever had with a collision repair shop at Gerber Collision & Glass. Communication was excellent from day one—clear, consistent, and super responsive. The entire process felt streamlined, and the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly organized. Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing my car, but they also finished ahead of schedule. I’m beyond impressed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Josh was awesome!!! I did have to leave it for a couple things to get right but all in all they were great to work with. I was disappointed when I arrived to Grubbs Acura and under the lights on the service drive there was a circular mark on the windshield that wasn’t there before. But I am very picky and notice little things.

The car was returned with specks in the paint in one area and bubbles in paint on another area that were freshly repainted. There was also overspray on the bumper. The windshield was replaced but looked like it hadn’t been cleaned - there was adhesive from stickers still on the windshield when we received the car
