My rating is based on a complaint I made to the repair shop that was addressed (spot paint put on a scratch that was not originally in my car when I dropped it off for repairs. The person indicated that although the bumper was removed and painted, only the area of impact was painted and the scratch must have been there when I dropped the car off. I was not pleased with this response because most of the bumper looked freshly painted as evidenced by the shinier coat than the rest of my car. Anyway- spot paint was applied I just didn’t think ownership was taken and the spot paint job is not good. The person- female I did the initial walk through with was not the same person-male I did the final walk through with. When I asked if she was available I was told she was not.

Thanks for car repairs! It looks wonderful, but the customer service was horrible. There was absolutely no communication about updates from them about my car. Especially after having it in their possession for a month and a day. Then after dealing with that matter it was hard to get a rental. Everywhere I tried to call from Two notch to Garners Ferry to the Airport in Cayce West Columbia was booked up. So I had no rental to use after the first extension of 14 days. Resorting in RENTING a family member vehicle. Not fun!!!! Made me feel as if they didnt or dont care (Gave A DAMN).
