Friendly, straightforward and informative. There was no giving an approximate estimated time that gives false hope just to get you out the door. They were upfront that until they access the damge, order parts and begin the work, they wouldn't be able to provide a finish date. When they did all the above, I was texted a date. They stayed in constant contact throughout and my car was actually finished 4 days early with a holiday weekend in between. They even cleaned out all my dog's fur and slobber. I'm sorry for whoever had to do that. The car came back perfect and they even tinted the new window that was part of the repairs. I can't say enough of how happy I am with the service I received. Even the people I didn't deal directly with were friendly and ready to assist. Tina was my main contact and she's AWESOME!!!

Tina was excellent! She knew all about cars, communicated every step of the way. She made a bad situation a great experience. We had the accident on Thursday, we were contacted by Gerber the very same day and Gladiator went in shop on Friday. I cannot thank Tina and Gerber enough. My Gladiator looks fantastic thanks to all who worked on my vehicle.

I was in an accident due to someone else’s fault. This could have been a very stressful experience. I never had a worry because Gerber C&G kept me in the loop every step of the way. They went above and beyond on an additional estimate I asked for. They got to the bottom of a faulty battery (which was well beyond their scope and did it anyway) and discovered it was still under warranty. They pointed out signs of critters making their home in the body of my car and what to do about it before it was too far gone.. Lastly they cleaned the interior of my car, again above and beyond. Thank you to everyone involved in the care of my baby during what could have been a terrible time but was quite peaceful thanks to your care and concern. There was nothing more I could ask for.
