It looks like my two back fenders got scuffed up while you had them off the truck. Also, the bedliner spray-in was charged to the insurance company, but it was done piecemeal and doesn't match all the way around. The tailgate portion looks particularly bad and the bottom of the bed wasn't done at all. It also looks like you didn't uninstall the 5th wheel hitch and replace it or the bed could have been sprayed. The racing stripes look like you used a kit for the 150 because they come up short at every juncture. I am very unhappy, especially with the scuffs and scratches on the fenders.

The repairs went very smoothly. One disappointment was that it was nearly impossible to speak to the adjuster to clarify circumstances of the incident. I called 4 times and left a message to no avail. Finally had to choose to talk to another adjuster who put me in touch with a supervisor who finally got things moving along — not typical of Travelers.
