Had to bring vehicle to Village Toyota. They did another camera smoke session and it showed when you installed the gas tank it was broken with video proof!!!! I am beyond upset.

Everything was done as promised, in fact a few days earlier than planned. I could not believe how expensive the repairs to my 2019 Nissan Kicks were. I had a $500 deductible from State Farm. State Farm did cover some repair to my rear tail bumper, so “it is what is.” The staff at Gerber were really professional and sweet. I was reimbursed $40 for the gas to a gigantic Chrysler Pacifica I was first given as my rental vehicle. Lastly, I left my garage door opener In the SUV I used for 3 days. One Gerber staff member brought me the opener to me at my Homosassa Walmart.

Brought my car here after an accident and honestly can't say enough good things. The whole team was courteous and friendly from the jump, and they went out of their way to help me sort out a rental. Communication was great the entire time — I always knew what was happening with my car and when I'd get it back. The repair itself is clean, looks brand new. If you need body work done, this is the place.
