I have nothing but absolutely wonderful things to say about the team at Gerber. My interactions with Dylan and the receptionist there, Leslie, was so very professional. Ever since I picked up my vehicle I have been spreading the word about my experience at this company and encouraging all my friends to utilize this company if they ever need vehicle repairs are glass replacement. Other than the professionalism by your employees there; what I really appreciate the most is that you guarantee your workmanship for life. I love this business, and if I ever have need of vehicle repairs again you can bet any car that I ever have, I will absolutely allow you guys to service me again.

The trim around the right tire was not fastened securely and partially came off within 10 minutes of pickup while driving on 635. Contacted the office to return for completion and rental car. State Farm was made aware of the problem and Enterprise was contacted to extend rental. Not cool.
